Delete your Cerco account
This page explains how to delete your account in Cerco, the app by Flowon Labs Private Limited, and what happens to your data.
Option 1: delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Cerco and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. To confirm: confirm: immediate, or after a waiting period?
Option 2: ask us by email (no app needed)
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us from the address linked to your Cerco account To confirm: confirm: email or phone number used to sign in.

Include: your Cerco display name and the email address you signed in with.
We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so nobody else can delete your account. We'll delete the account within To confirm: number of days, e.g. 7 of confirming and email you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile: display name and sign-in details To confirm: add profile photo if Cerco stores one.
- Your membership of all circles.
- Your chat messages and reactions. Chat already clears after 24 hours; anything still within those 24 hours is deleted too.
- Your Split entries To confirm: confirm: deleted, or kept anonymised so the circle's balances stay correct?
- Items you added to Stash To confirm: confirm
- Your notification token, so your phone stops receiving Cerco notifications.
What is kept, and for how long

Messages you sent to a circle are shown on other members' phones while they are visible in the app; once your account is deleted they are removed from Cerco's servers To confirm: confirm what other members see after deletion.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can leave a circle at any time from inside the circle. To ask us to delete specific data, write to support-cerco@flowonlabs.com.
