Cerco terms of use

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Flowon Labs Private Limited (CIN U62011OD2026PTC055461, “Flowon Labs”, “we”) for using Cerco. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Cerco privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Cerco.

2. Who can use Cerco

You must be at least 18 years old confirm minimum age; see the privacy policy, section 9 and able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else.
  • Tell us at support-cerco@flowonlabs.com if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Circle rules

In Cerco, including chat, Meet, Stash and your profile, you must not:

  • harass, bully, threaten or abuse anyone, or share content that is obscene, hateful or invades someone's privacy;
  • share content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children; we report this to the authorities;
  • share anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • spread misinformation that could cause harm, or impersonate a person or organisation;
  • send spam, malware, or try to break, overload or get around Cerco's security;
  • record a Meet call without everyone's permission;
  • use Cerco for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

5. Your content

What you post in Cerco stays yours. You give us a limited permission to store, copy and show it to the members of the circles you share it with, only to run Cerco. That permission ends when the content is deleted (chat clears after 24 hours) or when you delete your account, apart from backups that expire on their own schedule.

You're responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.

6. Meet, Split and other features

  • Meet carries live voice calls between circle members. Calls are not recorded by Cerco confirm.
  • Split only keeps a record of shared costs. Cerco does not move or hold money, and isn't responsible for payments between members confirm Cerco processes no payments.
  • Library tools content is for general interest and may contain mistakes.

7. Reporting and grievances

To report content or a user, or to complain about Cerco, write to support-cerco@flowonlabs.com or contact our Grievance Officer, name, at Sakhipara, Bank Colony, Nr. Convent School, Sambalpur – 768001, Odisha, India. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days lawyer: confirm the timelines that apply.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

8. Pilot and changes

Cerco is new. During the pilot, features may change, pause or stop, and there may be bugs. We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Cerco after that, the new terms apply.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Cerco and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it.

10. Our responsibility

Cerco is free during the pilot and is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Flowon Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users say or do. 11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sambalpur, Odisha? have jurisdiction. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
